Clients wishing to transfer their domain name registrations to other providers require to supply a Domain Password in order to initiate the request. The domain password is also referred to by different companies as: Authinfo, Auth code, EPP Domain password, Registry Key, Authorisation Keys and some combination of those words.
Retail customers (logging in at manage.planetdomain.com)
1. Click to Administer your domain name
2. Click “Domain Name” icon
3. Click to “View” the domain password
Customers of Planetdomain Resellers (logging in at Resellers websites)
1. Click the domain name
2. Under “Details area, click “Get Authinfo”
Note: in all cases when transferring your domain name – your Registrant contact email address needs to be current and accessible by you to confirm/approve the transfer request. While retrieving your domain EPP password, please make sure to verify your contact email is up to date.
