Impact: During the upgrade period, existing customers will not be able to access the Horde webmail interface. Customers who use POP or IMAP to access their mail via regular applications will still be able to log in as usual, and will not be impacted.  We recommend using the @Mail interface for webmail access during this period.

Services affected: The upgrade will only affect clients using PlanetDomain’s Shared Hosting Webmail service. No emails will be lost.

As at 11:30, one of the nodes in the Webmail cluster had been rebooted and is currently starting up all associated services. The intermittent and/or slow access to the Webmail system will be resolved shortly as the system restores its full resources.
